"Robin,
Brenda and I wanted to express our deepest appreciation for the gift box provided on behalf of yourself and Bayliner. We took possession of our Bayliner 180 on 2/2/13, took it out for a test drive with Paula and Bill from BMC Boats, and then off to the house for safe storage. To our delight, the boat fits perfectly in a standard garage without having to cant it left or right, the fold away trailer tongue is perfect. More importantly, we appreciate the time and effort that went into the craftsmanship of manufacture a beautiful piece of machinery, the wait was worth it.
As summer arrive here in Florida, I’ve no doubt the 180 will provide us and the dog hours of fun on the water, travelling up the St Johns River, trips to St Augustine, the Dora Canal in Mount Dora Florida, scalloping and out to Disappearing Island in Daytona Beach. Paula, Bill, their sales staff @ BMC Boats and Brunswick corporation, remain instrumental in providing the opportunity to own an affordable, quality manufactured product, that provides hours of recreational fun and fishing.

"To whom it may concern
If you are considering importing a boat to Australia, I would like to recommend Val and the crew at BMC Boats. I purchased a 195DC Triumph second-hand from them and there were no nasty surprises once I received my boat. I cannot be happier with my purchase.
Val went out of his way to assist in every part of the purchase. The thing I appreciated most was his patience, he never was pushy and was always able to offer helpful advice. With more than 70 replied emails from Val alone, he goes the extra mile.
He appreciates the difficulty in purchasing a boat from the other side of the world, holding the boat for me for some time while I organised the survey, trailer and looked at other additions that I was considering.
The photo’s Val send never once tried to cover up any blemishes on the boat and he was only too happy to go over the boat and take photos of anything he thought I would need to see. Val must have sent more than 50 photos and these were invaluable in helping make my final decision.
They also offered me a very fair tradein on the American trailer even though I organised another trailer through someone else Val genuinely tried to help in every way.
The only problem when I received the boat was the battery was stuffed not that they could have done anything about that the boat had no isolation switch and the battery was old.
Not that I wish my personal email address to be posted on their website, if you contact Val and ask him to have me email you I am only too happy to confirm this recommendation

business and truly a stand out employee in David Castle.
David's ability to not over sell and make us so comfortable in this
journey
that we have been on over the last 12 months has been fantastic, he not
only
earned our trust but more importantly he kept it and continued to build
on
it and we are not easy consumers as we do our research. He has the right
balance between getting the deal done as a fiscal responsibility to BMC
and
working with his Clients.

"i am a first time boat owner. and the experience of purchasing was made so easy with the help of valentine. it took me 2 years to finally get my boat. mr. valentine never gave up and he stayed in contact with me via email. finally this summer i recieved another email and went to one of BMC sales. That Mr valentine had sent me. we finally met agin after 2 years. and my situation was right to buy. and purchased my first boat. with the help of mr valentine. he's not a pushy sales men. but a very knowlegable sales person. that i personally highly respect his oppinions. as he helped me and guided me to the purchase of my boat. my expirence at BMC boats made me feel like a family member. i will not hesitate in the future to doing bussness with BMC boats. and i hope mr valentine will be my sales men.

"Just wanted to say that, my familly and I are looking to get our first boat and as you know the first step can be daunting. The many types of boats, features, and purposes to choose from can be overwhelming at times. As good as the internet is we still wanted to see them all in person but were a little hesitant to go through the "dealership sales pitches" and pressure to buy, as you would buying a car. This was not the case at BMC. we spent about two hours there with the sales people who took the the time answering all the questions a first time boater may have. They took the time to show the best boat that would fit our needs and all the many features we may need or not need. Not once did they have us fill out credit info contact #'s etc. a simple handshake and exchange of names was all they needed. We did'nt leave that day with a boat, but we did leave with knowing that not only do we know what type of boat we want but that there is no reason to waste any time shopping anywhere else. We are looking forward to buying our first boat at BMC.
