I just wanted to let you know you guys are great!! Our 2009 Bayliner shreded it's serpentine belt for some reason? It's only got 30 hrs on it. We called right after it happened and Moe told us as long as it's under 100 hrs to just bring it up and you guys will take care of it under the warranty. Well, we have been trying unsuccessfully to get the boat up to your service dept. for 2 weeks knowing that they leave at 5:30. We called Kim (who we bought the boat from) and she said just bring it up when we can since the sales folks are there until 7:00. Being that we live in St. Cloud this was great news! We left work today to bring the boat up to you guys (at 5:30 when we close our office) and hit horrible traffic in the rain on I-4, knowing that we still were not going to make it by the time you guys closed we called to see how we could work out getting the boat in and David answered the phone. He assured us to just keep on coming, that he would be there waiting for us and to take our time. We finally showed up at 7:30 and he was nothing short of a gentelman. He told us to just drop the boat off by the service trailer and call Terry in the morning. It's such a pleasure dealing with people who ACTUALLY CARE about the customer. You have a wonderful team of people working for you, and you guys continue to put a smile on our faces time and time again. I hope you'll spread our well wishes to everyone. You guys keep making it worth the hour and a half drive one way we make to do business with you!!
